I’m Brian Phillis. Total Dealership Solutions is a boutique consultancy, sales training organisation dedicated to providing specialised services to Australian auto dealers.

We are not a bunch of technology nerds trying to capitalise on some I.T. idea and not knowing the true application of the product in the auto sales environment. We train sales teams to perform at the highest level. We also developed the first computer telephony telephone monitoring system in Australia specifically for auto dealers.
